There are thousands of tactile indicators spread across the Adelaide Convention Centre stairways and ramps that help keep the visually impaired safe from tripping hazards. They are under pretty heavy foot traffic so it’s understandable that a few would come loose from time to time. This is where Stepsolve came in handy for replacing the missing ones. We replaced some flat based TT-FS that we’re glued straight to the stone surface as well as using our TT-DL around the carpeted areas where existing studs had become loose.
If your site has any TGSI that have come loose or just plain disappeared please get in touch with us and we can run through some ideas to rectify the issue.
